Refund Policy

We have a 60-day policy. We can’t offer you a refund if it’s been more than 60 days after your purchase, but we can give you an exchange.

To be able to get a refund or replacement, the online access key you received must be unopened.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you’re accepted, your refund will be made and credited to your credit or debit card or original method of payment over a certain amount of days.

Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)

Verify your bank balance repeatedly if you haven’t gotten a refund already. Next, call your card provider; the reimbursement may take a bit of time to appear on your balance. There is normally some time required before a refund is issued. Items on sale (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are acceptable for reimbursements; discounted items, unfortunately, are just not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only incorrect or damaged digital codes are replaced. Contact us anytime if you ever need to swap it for the same item, and we’ll look into it right away.

Gifts

You’ll get a gift voucher for the value of your reimbursement if your item was categorized as a gift when it was bought and sent out. Only after the returned item is received unused, a gift voucher will be awarded to you.

We will reimburse the gift provider if the transaction was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift provider had the item routed to them to present to you afterward.

NOTE:

We give refunds on purchases of our Website’s services. To be eligible for compensation, you should indeed tell us within 1 month after your purchase.

We only give refunds on purchases of our Website’s services if the following conditions are met: If you cancel within 24 hours after purchasing and registering for the course, you will receive a refund. Please keep in mind that we do not provide refunds for any reason other than those specified above.
